Ingredients
- 500 g fresh okra
- 0.5 cup flour
- 0.5 cup olive oil for frying
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano

Wash the okra thoroughly and pat them completely dry with paper towels to ensure they get crispy. Trim the stems, but be careful not to cut into the pod.

Place the okra in a bowl and toss with the flour until lightly coated. Shake off any excess flour.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the okra in batches to the pan, ensuring not to overcrowd. Fry for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the okra with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Immediately drizzle with red wine vinegar while hot, and sprinkle with sea salt and dried oregano before serving.
