Ingredients

  • 2 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 cucumber, sliced into rounds
  • 0.5 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100 g feta cheese, block
  • 0.25 cups kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 4 slices crusty sourdough bread

Method

    In a large shallow bowl, combine the tomato wedges, sliced cucumber, and red onion.
